Student Blogger: Annie

Glow Girls by Annie

On Wednesdays after school, I dance as a glow girl. It is one of my favorite things to do. Glow Girls is a poetry ballet class. It is fun! It is at school and my friend, Angela, is in it too. I wear a black leotard with red leg warmers and black ballet shoes. My ballet bag has all my ballet clothes in it. One of the poems I recite is "Rubies, diamonds, cultured pearl, none more precious, than a girl. Girl, girl, girl, celebrate. Self respect is really great!"

  9. The dress is even more beautiful in person! It is a bit big as expected but my seamstress said no problem on taking it in to fit me exact and she couldn't believe the price either.
